The program is meticulously designed to equip participants with new skills, foster professional networks, and enhance scientific visibility to ensure talents remain in the scientific pipeline.
Program Highlights:
Fully Funded Short Research Stay in Flanders: Successful candidates will embark on a three-month, fully funded research stage in Belgium, providing an immersive opportunity to expand research horizons and cultivate a robust scientific network.
Tailored Training Back Home: Upon returning to Africa, fellows can customize a 17-month training curriculum through online courses, enhancing soft and hard skills crucial for career growth.
Two Distinct Modalities: Modality A to establish new partnerships with Flemish research groups, or Modality B to consolidate ongoing collaborations.
